These are the ground rules for working with us. Short and plain.
1. Who you are contracting with
Sonar Local is a brand of MAC CORMACK, UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIF PT519109511, a company registered in Portugal. Even if your business is in the United States, your agreement is with this Portuguese company.
2. Free audit
The audit is free, with no strings attached. You do not have to buy anything afterwards.
The report is yours to keep, share or use however you like.
3. What we do not promise
We do not promise or guarantee any ranking on Google, or a specific number of customers or reviews. Google decides how results are ordered. What we do is make sure your listing is complete, accurate and active.
4. Prices and term
The price of each service is the one in the proposal you accept in writing, block by block. The audit is free.
Monthly services run month to month with no contract. Cancel whenever you want and you will not be billed for the next month.
5. Access to your listings
To work on your listings we need manager access to your business listings, such as your Google Business Profile. That is all: we never ask for your personal account passwords or for owner access.
6. If you cancel
Your accounts and listings always stay in your business's name. When you cancel, we remove our access and you keep full control.

8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and email active clients.
